Atherton Market Afternoons

Hello! Happiest Tuesday to you and I hope your coffee is extra strong today. Thanks so much for stopping by and I’m so stoked for what’s to come over the next few months. The most asked question I get, is where I like to go in Charlotte. So over the next few months I am going to be sharing with you my favorite places in my city. First up is Atherton Market!

Let me start by saying if you visit Atherton Market, you may just see me. I hate to admit it, but I’m there at least once a week. Not only is Not Just Coffee there but they have just about anything you could ask for. Fresh produce, check, Flowers, yep you bet, and even tables to work at. It truly is the dreamiest little place in Charlotte. On Saturday’s they have the cutest little farmers market and at night they hold cooking classes. I have taken one of the cooking classes and it was amazing. I have talked time and time again about my absent cooking skills, but I will say I still use so many of the skills I learned last year in the class. So if you live in Charlotte or are visiting make sure to check out Atherton Market!

Now for the look

I picked this Free People top up while in Nashville a few weeks ago. It’s amazing how you run in for one thing and run out with a bag full. It also is easily paired with high-wasted skinnies, as I did here, or with a cute denim skirt as the temps get warmer. Off-the shoulder is also one of the biggest trends right now, so win win. I paired it with a fun bandana and finished the look with some lace-up boots. Finally, if you saw yesterday’s post then you read all about my love for Branded Collective. I’m wearing their large brass cuff in this post and am in love with it. It’s a simple statement piece, which I think is perfect no matter your style!
